Florida closing costs
Your firm’s calculator. Not your underwriter’s.
A branded Florida closing-cost estimator on your own website — carrying your fees, your letterhead, your phone number. When a visitor asks for the estimate by email, the inquiry comes to you.
Monthly, cancel on seven days’ notice. $199 setup, refunded within 30 days of going live.
Estimate
$500,000 sale · $400,000 loan · Orange County. An estimate, not a settlement statement.
Built for your firm
Your name on the figure your client keeps
A closing-cost estimate is often the first written figure a buyer or seller receives from your office. LexSheet makes it carry your firm’s identity, your fee schedule, and a direct line back to you.
Your branding throughout
Your firm name, logo, colors, phone number, and disclaimer appear on the calculator, on the printed estimate, and on the email your client receives.
Your fee schedule
Your closing fee, title search, endorsements, and the municipal lien fees for each city you serve — set by your firm and changed whenever your firm decides to change them.
The inquiry reaches you
When a visitor asks for the estimate by email, it is sent from your firm and a copy of the inquiry arrives in the inbox your firm designates.
Kept current
Florida’s statutory rates are ours to maintain
Your firm sets its own fees. Everything the state and the counties set is maintained by LexSheet, versioned so that an estimate issued last quarter remains attributable to the schedule in force when it was produced.
None of these can be edited at the firm level, by your staff or by anyone else. That is the point of maintaining them centrally.
Getting live
From invitation to live calculator
The calculator sits inside a page on your existing website. No migration, no redesign, and no change to how your site is built or hosted.
Accept your invitation
LexSheet emails the firm owner an invitation. Sign-in uses a fresh link sent to your address each time, so there is no password for your office to manage.
Set your branding and fees
Firm name, phone, logo, colors, disclaimer, then your closing fee, title search, and the municipal lien fees for the cities you serve.
Preview, then publish
Every change begins as a draft. Review it in the desktop and mobile preview, read any warnings, publish when your team agrees.
Add it to your site
Copy the embed snippet from the portal and supply the exact address it will live at. LexSheet approves that address; no other site can display it.
